$$$ Per Hour during normal business hours 9AM-5PM CST, with a $$$
one-time charge for prep and travel time, a minimum of two (2) hours,

one-time charge for prep and travel time, a minimum of two (2) hours. |

Printer |
$$$ (Standard) / $$$ (Industrial) Per Hour during normal business
hours 9AM-5PM CST, with a $$$ travel time, a minimum of two (2) hours,
plus $$$ per mile after a 15 mile radius. |

After Hours Rates |
$$$ Per Hour during after business hour times 5PM-9AM CST, with a $$$
one-time charge to cover prep and travel time, a minimum of three (3)

Block Rates |
10 hour block $$$ on-site time, No Travel & Prep Time charges.
20 hour block $$$ on-site time, No Travel & Prep Time charges.
Minimum of two (2) Hours per Session. |

Portal Rates |
$$$ per hour Portal to Portal during normal business hours 9AM-5PM CST,
with a three (3) hour On-Site minimum.
After hours rates at $$$ per hour with a three (3) hour minimum. |

Web Site Hosting |
Rate determined by package and options purchased plus all applicable
taxes. |

Web Site Authoring |
Rate of $$$ Per Hour for Web Site Development and most upgrades, plus
