from our technical department, and our professional sales staff will assist you in every
way possible. If there is any problem or any question that remains unresolved please do

Business hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST Monday - Friday,
Saturday: By appointment only. You may leave voice mail or E-Mail to sales and technical staff 24

Order
Procedure:
Purchase Orders should include the following information:
Manufacturer,
Model, Part Number, Description of Part, Quantity, Shipping Instructions, Billing and Send
to Address, Contact Person / Telephone Number and any required Signatures. All PO's must
have a PO Number. Our policy on POs is that we can accept them from Fortune 500
Companies, educational institutions, city, county, state and federal governments and
agencies.

Returns:
Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event
any or all equipment needs to be returned or returned for service. Before returning any
products for credit, exchange or repair you must call our service department to obtain an
RMA number. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be given by our technical
staff to ensure that all requirements for an RMA are necessary. NO returns of any type
will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA numbers issued are valid for two weeks only.
You are responsible for all shipping charges and ensuring that item is returned safely. To
ensure proper credit, please have the following information clearly marked on the inside
and outside of each shipment.
RMA number on
container and / or reference number on the packing list, customer name, invoice number,
and a brief description of the problem. All exchanges or credits must be cleared with our
staff and will be handled within the 30-day warranty period or 90 day warranty for new
equipment.
You may return
products for exchange for repair within the applicable period. For credit, returns must be
received within 30 days of invoice date. Non-defective returns for credit must be received
in good condition with all accompanying materials, and are subject to a 20% restocking
fee. You must first obtain an RMA number from us.

Repair
Services:
On any equipment sent in for repair that is not equipment
purchased from JT Computer Marketing or has been out of warranty, please call or
fax our Customer Service Department to receive an RMA number. Please provide the following
information when placing an order for repair.
Manufacturer,
Model, Part Number, Description of Part, Quantity to be repaired, Purchase Order Number
and Return Shipping Method. RMA number on container and / or reference number on the
packing list, customer name, invoice number, and a brief description of the problem.
A. Expedite
Repair Services
Expedite repair is available upon request. Expedite charges are as follows:
24-48 hours = 1 1/2 x List Repair Price
Exception: Monitors and Terminals with video problems can only be placed on a
"Special" 72 hour Expedite, at above rate, due to burn in time requirements.
Hard Disk Drives cannot be expedited.
B. NTF Charges (No Trouble Found)
Due to the extensive amount of testing required to diagnose whether a part is
defective of not, normal repair rates will be charged on all NTF's, and if excessive, will
notify and work with customer to correct.
C. Bench Charge
A minimum inspection and repair estimate charge of $60.00, plus return shipping
charges, may be assessed if a repair is stopped or declined by the customer once work has
begun.
D. Miscellaneous Parts
Do not send extra parts with items to be repaired unless necessary or specifically
requested by JT Computer. We cannot guarantee the return of extra parts with items
repaired. Unless our trained professional technical staff requests additional part other
than those sent in for repair.
Please do not send in any other item.
E. Advanced Exchange
JT Computer Marketing, Inc. offers Advance Exchange on over 40 manufacturers of
equipment. The following are the "general" terms and conditions of our Advanced
Exchange program:
All exchanges will be billed at sales price and a refund issued upon receipt of acceptable
defective part.
All defective parts must be returned within 10 days of receipt of good parts.
Parts returned for other than valid JT Computer warranty may be subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
Defective parts received that are physically damaged or deemed non-repairable will be
returned to the customer and exchange part will be billed at current sale price.
All shipping charges are for the
account of the customer.

Warranty
Services:
JT Computer Marketing warrants all of its services and
products for 30 days. All new products come with its own manufacturer warranties and we
will honor those warranties for 90 days through JT Computer. We will exchange, credit, or
repair all products during the warranty period offered by JT Computer. However, any
unusual defects, negligence or tampered products will make all warranties null and void.
Misuse, abuse, or acts of God are not included in warranty.
JT Computer
warrants all repaired parts and products to be in good condition for 30 days from date of
original repair. If a part fails to be in good condition during the warranty period, we
will, at our discretion, repair or replace the part at no charge (not including return
shipping and handling). Please follow our RMA policies concerning shipping for warranty
purposes. Not properly labeling or receiving and RMA may tend warranty void at the
discretion of JT Computer.
JT Computer
offers, at an additional cost, extended warranties beyond the regular warranties given by
JT
Computer and manufacturers. Please ask your sales representative about our extended
warranties.
Parts or products
returned under warranty without intact warranty seals or tracking labels may not be
honored under warranty. Please provide the following information when placing a warranty
return:
Manufacturer,
Model, Part Number, Original RMA Number, Serial Number.
JT Computer Bar Code
Number, and Description of failure.

Payment
Options:
All payments may be paid by using Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
and Discover. We accept cashiers check, money orders, cash-in-advance, and
wire transfer. Personal checks are welcomed but there will be a 5 - 7 day
delay in delivery of product until check has cleared. MAKE CHECKS
PAYABLE TO JT COMPUTER. The return of
a check issued to JT Computer Marketing, Inc. will result in a $35.00
service charge per check placed against the account of the PERSON on whose
behalf the check was presented. Each account will be allowed two (2)
returned checks after which payment by check will not be accepted. All
returned checks will be forwarded to the prosecutor's office if the amount
of the check plus the service fee has not been paid within ten (10) business
days of NOTIFICATION of the non-payment. Please note that we accept credit card orders for full amount up to $500 without a
handling fee. Anything over $500 will be assessed a handling fee of 3% of total charges.
COD's are also accepted but payment must be in the form of cashiers check, money order or
company check. Please add $5 to all COD charges. All repairs will be shipped COD with the
exception of those accounts that have established credit terms with JT Computer.
JT Computer
offers "terms" with companies that have shown a credit worthy past and that can
provide references along with a filled and signed application of terms. All terms is Net
Upon Receipt or Net 30 to established accounts who have shown a consistent payment
schedule with JT Computer Marketing. Companies may have the option to lease.
Please call your sales representative about this option.
Please note that
all applicable sales tax will be levied on charges unless otherwise customer can provide
tax exemption status.

Shipping
Charges:
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the
customer. JT Computer uses all major freight carriers. Most orders will go out by
UPS or FedEx Economy. Larger and heavier orders will go out at the discretion of
JT
Computer using major trucking firms. We accept a customers FedEx account for all
orders requested overnight. All "overnight" orders will be billable to customer.
Orders placed by 3 PM Central Time on items in stock will ship that day. At the discretion
of JT Computer, most orders will be charged insurance for safe delivery.
Other shipping
charges may include packing material, pallets, and other amenities for shipping at the
discretion of JT Computer. PO Boxes and some rural addresses will be shipped by US Mail.
Special shipping requests are made at time of order and will be administered to the very
best of our ability. Shipping charges are not refundable if there are any returned items
or if the customer refuses shipment. The customer is responsible for all shipping to and
from JT Computer for any returned items and repair services.
International
shipping is available to most countries. Please call for shipping outside the US.
Canadian customers will be charged GST.
